Executive programmes

Radical change is common. Innovation changes the future faster than ever before. Disruptive transitions are turning sectors and markets upside down. New players and success formulas respond smart and at lightning speed. And because developing new competences and business models takes time, organisations need to explore, think through and analyse 'their' future more, better and more sharply. To challenge beliefs and stretch the imagination. ‘You only understand it when you see it', said Johan Cruijff. Foreseeing and anticipation is essential to stay ahead. Because the future emerges from the present, we can know much more about what can and will happen. It provides valuable insights into attractive opportunities and strategic risks and much earlier.

Scenario analysis and future mapping are indispensable for exploring, knowing and creating the future. We have incorporated them into eight executive programmes that we offer both open and in-company. Most consist of two blocks of one or two days each, in between participants apply insights and methods to the strategic challenges of their own organisation. Incompany programmes can be adapted or expanded in consultation with clients. They are often part of leadership and management education programmes or form the starting point or component of a scenario or strategy project. All programmes are available in offline, online and hybrid versions.

Please contact us to request information on one or more programmes, to discuss an in-company variant or to book a programme directly (all prices are exclusive of VAT). All participants in any of our programmes receive a one-year subscription to the curated newsletter onFutureScenarios with a weekly selection of the best articles and research on future scenarios, disruptive transitions and strategic transformations worth €249.
