We have developed eight new Executive Programmes on Scenario Analysis, Future Mapping, Strategy Design, New Business Development, and Strategic Risk Management. Two programmes focus on governments and health/care organisations in particular.
All are available in Dutch and English as both open and in-company programmes. In the latter form they are often part of leadership, management education and young management programmes or the starting point and cornerstone of a scenario, strategy or innovation project. Most programmes consists of two parts in between participants apply methods and instruments to their own business activities under supervision.
